The newly opened Oslo Opera House by the Norwegian architecture firm Snoetta. An amazing marble-clad set of angular pathways and galleries, the building allows the public access over virtually all its exterior space, the deep boat-ramp-like slab which dives into the harbour to the heights of the flat roof. The austere white building with its glassed galleries looks perfect in its surroundings, both emerging from the sea and appearing to float in it like a berthed ocean liner. Taken on a sunny Sunday in September. A lot of images and maybe too many. Still experimenting.
